As I was searching for a new property management company White Glove Property Management was the only one to pick up the phone (I called at least 10 different companies), something we highly value, when dealing with our properties. Blake, the owner, did an amazing job explaining the ins and outs of his business. All of White Glove’s team members work extremely well and fast! They do their absolutely best to find the best contractor deals for you. It was so refreshing! Good property management companies are not easy to find, trust me we have dealt with our fair share! I will be recommending White Glove to our friends and family and we will be using them with any future investment properties in Orange County.

Kelli is always available and responsive to my issues and concerns. She is very helpful in obtaining estimates, making recommendations on repairs, and updating me on the process.

When there are vacancies, Megan immediately goes out to the property to assess make-ready recommendation so that the unit can be repaired and rented out ASAP.
